General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Introduction
Welcome to Domaine Barichet, your preferred supplier of exceptional “Lavaux AOP” wines. These general terms and conditions govern the relationship between Domaine Barichet and its private customers, affirming our commitment to providing superior quality products and impeccable customer service. Effective from April 2, 2024, these terms apply to all our sales.
1. Eligibility
The sale of our wines is reserved for customers of legal drinking age according to Swiss legislation. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this condition.
2. Products
Our wines, bearing the controlled designation of origin “Lavaux AOP”, are available in cartons of 6 or 12 bottles. The descriptions on our website aim to be as accurate as possible; however, minor variations may occur.
3. Prices and Payment
Prices, including VAT, are displayed ex-cellar and are subject to change without notice. Accepted payment methods: credit cards (Eurocard, Mastercard, Visa), Wir, and direct payment (net 30 days or cash with a 3% discount). The wines remain our property until full payment of the invoice.
4. Delivery
Free delivery in Switzerland for orders of 48 bottles or more. For smaller orders, fees are calculated according to the carrier’s rate. The announced delivery times are estimates and subject to stock availability.
5. Returns and Guarantees
Your satisfaction is paramount. In case of a proven defect in the delivered product, a return or exchange procedure is available, provided the products are unopened and in their original packaging.
6. Data Protection
Domaine Barichet is committed to protecting the confidentiality and security of your personal data, in accordance with the data protection laws in force in Switzerland. You can consult our privacy policy.
7. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time. The most recent version is available on our website.
8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to Swiss law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution will be exclusively under the jurisdiction of Blonay – St-Légier.
